Vegetable cheese burger


Hello friends, today I am going to share one of my most favorite food which I prepared at home. BURGER! yes, it is a burger. I know it is an informal name for HAMBURGER. It is an AMERICAN style of cuisine, it is also one of the fast food. It comes in the fast-food category because ingredients are sliced buns and patty be it chicken, mutton, etc. With some sliced onions, tomatoes, lettuce added to it. And it is easy to eat during traveling also. So here I am sharing this American fast-food burger recipe with a patty loaded with vegetables and cheese. So enjoy my recipe which is a meal in itself.

INGREDIENTS

BREAD BUNS

3-4 BOILED AND MASHED POTATOES

2 CARROTS

FRENCH BEANS 1CUP

PEAS 1 CUP

2 ONIONS FINELY CHOPPED

1 ONION SLICED

3 – 4 GREEN CHILLI MAKE PASTE

1 TABLESPOON GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE

LETTUCE

1 TOMATO SLICED

CUCUMBER SLICED

CHEESE SLICE

1/4 CUP MAIDA/REFINED FLOUR

1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMBS

1/2 TEASPOON KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER

1/4 TEASPOON CUMIN POWDER

1/4 TEASPOON CORIANDER POWDER

1/4 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER

1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES

BUTTER

EGGLESS MAYO

TOMATO KETCHUP

POTATO CHIPS OR WEDGES FOR SERVING

OIL FOR FRYING


TO PREPARE VEGETABLE LOADED PATTY

First, we need to boil the vegetables that are peas, carrots, French beans. Boil the potatoes and mash them. Take a large mixing bowl. As the vegetables are boiled transfer them to the mixing boil, with the mashed potatoes. To it now you add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger, and garlic paste, green chili paste, Kashmiri red chili powder, finely chopped onions, finely chopped coriander, and salt as

per taste. You need to mix the spices with the vegetables. After the mixture is combined well now we will add bread crumbs. Friends vegetables leave moisture so to absorb that moisture bread crumb is added. Then also you need to add Maida. Both these can be a binding agent for our patty and will make our patty crispy Now mix this well. From this mixture, you need to prepare a palm-sized patty. Apply little oil in your palm so that the mixture doesn’t stick to your hands. Now take some mixture and make a ball and then slightly flatten the ball in your palm. Like that you need to prepare the patty. Now to fry the patty you need to take a frying pan and add oil and heat the oil. And as the oil is heated slowly dip the vegetable patty and fry till golden and crispy. As it turns golden brown drain and removes.

THIS PATTY CAN BE SHALLOW FRIED ALSO.

NOW OUR LAST STEP TO PREPARE THE BURGER.

Slice the burger bun. Spread butter to it. Then spread mayo. On it place sliced onions, tomato, and cucumbers. Now place our Veg patty on it. Place a cheese slice on it and at last some crispy lettuce leaves. And latter place the other part of the bun with butter spread on it. And finely you can serve vegetable cheeseburger with potato chips or wedges and tomato ketchup.
