VEG NOODLES WITH VEG MANCHURIANBALLS
INGREDIENTS
1. Plain noodles
2. Soya sauce
3. Red Chilli sauce
4. Tomato sauce
5. Vinegar
6. Chilli powder
7. Pepper powder
8. Salt
9. Oil
10. Ginger finely chopped
11. Garlic finely chopped
12. Maida
13. Cornflour
14. Carrot
15. Beans
16. Cabbage
17. Green chili
18. Capsicum
19. Onions
20. Green chili sauce
21. Spring onions
22. Coriander leafs
23. Spring onion to garnish
WAY OF MAKING NOODLES
1. First take a big container boil water, add 2tsp of oil and 1tsp of salt to it let it boil
2. Once the water starts boiling, add noodles to it and let the noodles cook properly.
3. Once the noodles are properly separated and properly cooked well put them in a separate container
wash them from cold water after washing, add 2tsp of oil and just mix once and keep aside.
4. Take a kadhai add oil to it, let the oil heat.
5. To it add finely chopped ginger, garlic, green chili, and onion, fry them till golden brown.
6. Then add finely sliced carrot, beans, cabbage, and capsicum, and cook them till they are soft.
7. To this add red chili powder, pepper powder, salt to taste, and mix them well.
8. Now add soya sauce, green chili sauce, tomato sauce, and mix them well.
9. Let the vegetables cook for 2 min and add boiled noodles to it, mix well, garnish with spring
inions and serve.
FOR VEG MANCHURIAN BALLS
1. Take finely chopped carrot, beans, cabbage.
2. We need cornflour and maida
3. Finely chopped ginger and garlic, and green chili.
4. And salt to taste.
5. Soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, and vinegar.
6. Take a bowl to add all the vegetables in it, to that add cornflower, and maida, and salt.
7. Mix them well, and make them into small balls, and keep them aside.
8. Take a pan add oil and let the oil heat.
9. Once the oil is heated add those Manchurian balls into it and deep fry them till they are golden
brown and properly cooked.
10. Now take another pan to add 2 tablespoons of oil.
11. add a half tea spoon of carom seeds, to add finely chopped ginger and garlic and fry them.
12. add finely chopped onions, and cabbage to it and cook it till they are soft.
13. Then add soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, and vinegar, mix well
14. Take 2-3 teaspoons of corn flour add water mix well and put that into the vegetable mixture
and mix it well.
15. And at last add water and let it boil, till it becomes a little thick.
16. Then add those Manchurian balls to it.
17. Garnish with some spring onion and serve.
