for suji ladoo:


  • ¼ cup ghee

  • 1½ cup rava / semolina / suji (coarse)

  • ½ cup coconut (grated)

  • 1½ cup sugar

  • ½ cup water

  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder

Step 1

A medium flame should be the temperature of your nonstick pan now. Semolina and rava are added to the pan and roasted until a cream color appears. Turn off the stove and remove the pan.

Step 2:

In a mixing bowl, combine coconut and roasted Rava On top of the Rava and ghee layer, add a layer of grated coconut and sugar. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Stir in nutmeg and cardamom powder.

Step 3:

Make laddoo after Rava is mixed with water

By taking the Rava mixture in your hands and rolling it into a ball, you can start making laddoos. You can embed dry fruits in each laddoo as you make it. Using an airtight container, you can store and consume the Rava laddoos whenever you like. They last around 10-12 days straight due to their longer shelf life. A hot cup of tea or coffee is the perfect way to enjoy laddoos in the evening.
