MUMBAI STYLE PAAV BHAJI IN 10 MIN

Paav bhaji

INGREDIENTS

5 medium-sized Onion,

5 big tomatoes,

1 bowl potatoes,

1 bowl cabbage

2 to 3 pav baji

1 bowl cauliflower

1 bowl capsicum

1 cup peas

Pav bhaji Masala

Red chili powder

Coriander leaves

Turmeric powder

Lemon

Salt.

Oil/butter can be used alternatively



Method

First boil the potatoes, cabbage cauliflower capsicum. When we add the vegetable to boil also add salt just a pinch to keep the taste. Boil peas separately. Then take butter in the pan, add onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili paste and stir till the onion turns to a golden brown. Then add to it red chili powder 1 tablespoon and turmeric half a table spoon. Then add tomatoes to it and let it cook also add salt so that tomatoes cook fast, Then take the boiled vegetables and mash it down with the spoon or mixer grinder but keep in mind not to make it a fine paste it should have small chunks of vegetables and peas then add the pav bhaji masala 3 or 4 tablespoons to it, lemon and let it simmer. Check salt and then add coriander. You can add butter to the
