HONEY CHILLI POTATO

Ingredients
Potatoes cut into French fries shape
Honey ½ tablespoon
Red chilly flakes ½ teaspoon
Red chilly powder ½ teaspoon
Red chilly sauce ½ teaspoon
Oil to deep fry + 2 teaspoon
Sesame seeds
Garlic finely chopped 1 teaspoon
Ginger finely chopped ½ teaspoon
Spring onions bulbs finely chopped 2-3
Spring onions greens for garnish
Coriander leaves chopped for garnish
Salt as taste
Method
Heat oil in a pan add potato fries to it and deep fry. Take it out after it turns to golden color. Next heat 2 tsp oil in a wok, add garlic, ginger and spring onion bulbs and sauté for a minute. Add fried potatoes and toss well. Add chilly flakes ,chilly powder to it then add red chilly sauce and mix well. Then comes our main ingredient honey. So now we need to add honey and mix well with sesame seed, spring onion leaves and salt and toss well combined. Now you can do the plating garnishing with spring onion and coriander leaves.
