1. Whole-wheat flour

1. take a bowl add flour to it, add a little salt

and make a duo.

2. now take the duo and make some

chapatti. And keep them aside.

3. now take a Kadai to add oil, once the oil is

heat add carom seeds in it, then add onion,

once the onions are a little soft, add

capsicum and cook them till the capsicum

soften, then add chili sauce, tomato sauce,

and soya sauce and mix well and cook it for

1min, then add salt and pepper powder and

cook for another 1min, and keep it aside,

4. take chapatti, apply mayonnaise and

tomato sauce over the chapatti, then add

the onion and capsicum mixture over that,

then add a few sliced onions and green


5. and at last add cheese over it and make a

roll of it.

6. and heat the roll in microwave for 30 sec to melt the cheese. And serve. (optional)
